Right under my nose Not funny 4 far Wednesday

How could it happen. What a “duh” Moment. Yesterday a maintenance came over to work on the furnace. I was doing my business stuff and while after he left I notice a missing item worth some money. I reported it, but both my landlord and the authorities said it is his word against mine. Landlords hire cheap losers to do jobs these days which is sad. No wonder the guy acted weird. I did not even think to watch him or put this valuable stuff away. Feeling like a total fool. Thanks for reading and being there in my meltdown moment.
