Summer Recipes I Cannot But Share:
My 2 prior posts were pressed and look so delicious I cannot wait to try them. I thought my followers might love to go over and see how yummy they look and even add them to something to make this summer. And here I thought you were going to explain how to get perfect balls of ice cream. I always scoop with the ice cream scoop and I get a curl of icecream, which I give the kids. They think they’re getting 3 scoops when it’s really all hollow, just one scoop! Ha. Psyche! They have no idea. This only works when they’re small, later on they cotton to the fact that the ice cream ball isn’t really a ball.
On to the recipe.

Yeah, then you have to share and stuff. I could teach them early on how not to be cheated (you just WEIGH the ice cream. Boom. Everyone gets the same amount) but where’s the fun in that?

Ah, this looks really delicious. I may try it. I recall friends making pineapple with rum, putting it in foil and barbecuing it. It was fantastic tasting. I wonder if you could just use the broiler to get the same effect with this?

Update: Thanks to all my blog followers. thank you for your patience and being faithful. I feel like I sound like I am making excuses for my absence. I hate I have not had the energy even to follow up on you all liking my blog posts and such. It seems like I am doing okay for a couple weeks and get hit with some other issue within my medical problems. It’s difficult to keep our blogs updated, sometimes our own minds and bodies can be our worst enemies. Personally it helps me to exercise three times per week, it not only shapes the body but the mind to be more disciplined. Despite that, I’m struggling to keep my blog updated as much as I’d like and sometimes feel overwhelmed by all the aspects a webmaster has to take care of. What I’m doing is taking baby steps, I take the time I need to learn the new tricks like SEO, social marketing or monetization and stop worrying about putting content on the blog. Imho blogging has to be a balanced journey between the right amount of struggle, effort and a healthy dose of having fun, learning new abilities.
