Warning: Graphic Crime Stories
Missouri
Since I live in Missouri I have somewhat been following this case:

Savannah 16 Year Old Murdered by Mom and Boyfriend may have had a part in it. Below Mom Killer: Rebecca Ruud:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4814136/Birth-mom-Savannah-Leckie-charged-murder.html
Facts: This kid was given up for adoption by Ruud. Her adoptive parents as far as I could find were great parents. But for some reason, she went to live with her biological mother about a year ago.
Savannah seems to have been abused while living with her mom prior to her death. (She was forced to crawl through pig pen tunnels if I read it correctly as being one thing.)
She was reported missing on July 20. Two days prior the mother reported a fire on her property. When the fireman arrived it was not the house burning, but merely an outside fire unlike she led everyone to believe.
I believe she was trying to cover the killing of her daughter with the fire. But with everything, it looked so suspicious they got a search warrant. They found burned bones in leaves and came back 5 days later with a search warrant for the home this time. When they found a bunch of stuff like lime and more to get rid of a body. It was looking bad for evidence.
What was really foolish to throw suspicion on her and her boyfriend was that they got married on the same day Savannah’s body was found. (Funny that being married stops you from having to testify against the other.) This may be why they are now focusing on the boyfriend/husband now.
So the mother has been arrested and we will se what happens with her “loving other 1/2” soon.
Of course she is playing the grieving victim now.
