Wood and Spring
3 Really old photos from when I lived out in the country. One of my newer ones.
This week’s photo challenge over at Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge is based on the seasons and elements, this week’s theme is the season Spring with the matching element along with it: Wood.

Ginger
Love the lay out, would like to learn how to do that. Ideal for such flowers.
-
blueribbonfair
Thank you. When you add more than one photo, I believe you go to the link continue or a word such as that and it has the means to do this. At least for my theme. I think you should be able to do it. You can lay them out in several cool ways. I found it somewhat just messing up myself. Proves that screw ups can bring something good. Just play around with the photo library until you find how to do it. Hope I helped; It is hard to explain when I am not looking at it right now.

I will put it on my list of things to do when time permits … your tips help heaps! Playing around is the best way to find out what we can do.

Orange can be “Fun”
This week’s Word Press Photo challenge here:WP Weekly Photo Challenge, has a “fun” theme. I have been under the weather with new meds I am taking, so I thought this would be relatively simple subject to post for.
This week’s theme is “FUN.” In my estimation, the color Orange is a fun color.

From Above- Weekly Word Press Photo Challenge
While out walking I discovered what I call my “Secret Garden.” It is contained in a strip down the side of one of my rural gravel roads, I am able to get to when exercising and getting out in the fresh air. I am thinking this used to be a garden at a house that was torn down when they put a pasture in beyond it; Someone bought the land. There are a lot of neat plants there and this one could be a weed, but I still find them lovely. If anyone knows what this plant is, tell me? It is soft and has a nice red trim on the leaves as you can see. There are amazing neglected wild flowers along this strip also. They are wild now, but as I stated, I think they were planted in a domestic setting in the past.
I took this photo standing above and straight over this lovely plant.

Nice photo, what plant is it … is it kind of vegetable? wow it’s strange to me
-
blueribbonfair
Thanks for visiting and your comment. I have no idea what plant it is? I am hoping someone can tell me that? Where I live there are so many different plants I have no idea what they are. distinct and pretty.

So there I am looking for treasure, scavenging along in the field to the left of our house, when I remembered the snake I had spotted in our other pasture. As the piles of leaves underfoot crunched beneath my extremely low top sneakers and thin ankle socks All of a sudden I was jarred into reality. Mind you, prior to this I had been moving along surveying the ground all over-that is until I thought of that. I would call it cautiously creeping as quickly as I could back to the safety of my driveway, when I thought of snakes.
Thankfully I had found the small vintage glass bottle before the dread of the
bite hit..
